Why we started Rethink Labs

We started Rethink Labs because we can’t help but want to make teams and businesses function better.

We are humans plagued by constantly seeing opportunities to improve the way things work. From most things at airports, to emails sent from schools, or the direction of a zipper, we can’t not see how to simplify a user’s (or employee’s) experience.

We thrive as helpful outsiders who obsess to learn the ins and outs of organizations, products, and services.

User Research has come to be our go-to service because it is the fastest way for teams to orient themselves around user needs. This orientation quickly aligns teams around their core goal and gives each part of the organization the data they need to move forward.

Almost every team knows they should be talking to their users. Doing it is hard, takes a lot of time, and is tricky to figure out who owns what piece of the process.

We’ve worked at every stage of businesses in our collective 4 decades of experience across 61 different teams. We want to bring the ease of our methodology to every organization with the intention of improving operations around our world.
